D4 — Four-Sided Die (Tetrahedron)
The d4 is the smallest standard RPG die. Shaped like a tetrahedron, it has four triangular faces. In Dungeons & Dragons, it's commonly used for light weapon damage and minor healing spells. Despite being small, it's one of the most frequently rolled dice in any campaign.
